Our strategy is to bring value to our customers and to optimize their satisfaction in the long term: our solutions are positioned on a high-end segment: high technology, high added value and quality.   Reporting to the Director of Equipment R&D, the Mechanical Engineering Director manages a team of about 20 people spread over two geographical sites in France in Cestas (near Bordeaux) and in the United States in Tolland (Connecticut). He/she ensures the proper distribution of resources in the "product" teams as well as all activities related to good mechanical design and methods practices, versatility within the team and the training required for this versatility or for the team's increased competence.
